Falk Copper Low Casseroles

The Low Casserole, or Rondeau, is essentially the Sauté pan with two loop handles. It is constructed from Falk's 2.5mm copper bimetal so it has superior thermal performance that make it well suited for any cooking situation.

The shape of this copper pan makes it ideal for braises and other dishes that may require oven time. Also, it is a great table service piece.
