I'm not going to mince words here, we do not like returns. We make it our top priority to ship you exactly what you order in a timely manner. Judging by the feedback we get, we usually exceed our customers' expectations.
In the unlikely event that we send you the wrong thing or your shipment is damaged, please let us know within 2 days of receipt so that we can take care of it, promptly.
If you are not familiar with this type of cookware, please order our "Try Me" piece first.
If you do want to return an unused item within 5 days of receipt, call us at 888-575-3255 or send us an email and we'll try our best to ensure your complete satisfaction. Return goods MAY be subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned for any reason other than a warranty issue. Restocking fees are only assessed if the items are marked in any way. Fortunately, returns are very rare and we almost always try to work things out for all concerned parties.
