I'm not going to mince words here, we hate returns! We make it our top priority to ship you exactly what you order, in perfect condition and in a timely manner. Judging by the feedback we get, we usually exceed our customers' expectations.

In the unlikely event that we send you the wrong thing or your shipment is damaged, please let us know within 7 days so that we can take care of it, promptly.

If you are not familiar with this type of cookware, please order our "Try Me" piece first. Please don't order 15 pieces of cookware and tell us you want to return it because it's "too heavy"! Of course it's heavy!

If you do want to return an unused item within 30 days of receipt, call us at 888-575-3255 or send us an email and we'll try our best to ensure your complete satisfaction. Return goods may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned for any reason other than an exchange, store credit or warranty issue.

If you have a warranty issue, let us know and we'll take care of it, promptly.
