It is our policy to ship orders that we receive before noon on business days the same day. All other orders will be shipped the following business day, in most situations. On occasion, orders may be delayed by weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We use a third party fulfillment center to warehouse and ship our products. We've used them since we started business in 1996 and they, almost always, do an exceptional job. If there is a problem, it's taken care of!

We charge the shipping rates calculated by our carriers' automated tables with no mark-up. Every shipment is insured and is generally shipped without a signature requirement. If you require expedited shipping and/or special arrangements, please select it from the shipping options or make a note in the comments section of the order form.

In some cases, the actual shipping charges we are charged by our carriers may exceed the amount automatically calculated on your order. If this amount is significantly different, you may be charged for the difference. This usually occurs when you have selected expedited shipping and the shipping charge is calculated using "dimensional weight" which cannot be automatically calculated.

Shipments out of the US are subject to brokerage, customs and other foreign taxes. We generally ship UPS, but if you have another preference that isn't on our option list, let us know and we'll do our best to help you out.

Our goods ship from Perrysburg, Ohio 43551 and we charge sales tax in Kentucky only, where we are headquartered.
