I was having some difficulties with posting a coupon discount offer, and the good folks at Falk not only helped to clarify the matter, but also, after I had placed my order with an incorrect entry for the coupon, went the extra mile to credit my account subsequent to the purchase. I have read all of the testamonials and have to ditto all of them. I have an Aga cooker from England and it requires very flat bottoms on cookware. Falk fills the bill beautifully! Cleanup is a breeze .. nothing ever seems to stick. I am purchasing my eighth piece. Food looks gorgeous served right from the pan. I am finding that I prefer to bake and serve from the Falk rather than from my stoneware or pottery pieces. And FALK does not break!!!
