Warranty

A minor blemish on the copper surface caused by rubbing against another pan during ocean shipping is generally not considered to be a manufacturing defect and is rare. Obviously, a small scratch on the bottom of a pan will not affect its performance or aesthetics. A large gouge or dent is a different matter.

The lifetime warranty from the US distributor applies to goods sold within the US only. The manufacturer's one year warranty applies to all other sales.
