Warranty

A minor blemish on the copper surface caused by rubbing against another pan during ocean shipping or elsewhere is generally not considered to be a manufacturing defect and is rare. Obviously, a small scratch on the bottom of a pan will not affect its performance or aesthetics. A large gouge or dent is a different matter.

The lifetime warranty from the US distributor applies to goods sold by the distributor within the US to the original purchaser. The manufacturer's warranty applies to all other sales.
