After 20 years still the best pans I own

Long ago I purchased several Falk copper gratin pans because I wanted a pan to go from oven to table. These copper pans are really beautiful. The first thing I noticed was they are heavier than other pans and of excellent quality. My 20-year-old pans look exactly like the first day I bought them.

The one distinguishing feature that really surprised me was my Falk pans are ridiculously easy to clean. Since I use my pans in the oven they often have baked-on food. Other pans would require soaking and serious scrubbing (sometimes 2-3x), but with my Falk pans I just run a little water and the food brushes off.

Recently, I began using my Falk pans on the stovetop because they are so easy to clean. I tried frying eggs and a stir fry dish and was extremely pleased with the even heat distribution. While the pans aren't non-stick, I found the right amount of oil or butter meant the eggs just slid out of the pan.

Gradually I'm adding different Falk pans to my kitchen. If someone asked me to name my favorite feature, I'd have to say I can't decide. 1. Exceptional heating, 2. Cleanup is amazingly easy, 3. Quality construction will last a lifetime or 4.Gorgeous pans. Whatever you're looking for, in my experience Falk fits the bill.
