Product reviews for Copper Coeur Saute Pan, 24 cm (9.4 in)

This is a truly excellent piece of cookware! I've had it for about a year and it's one of the most used pieces I own (I have cookware from the leading manufacturers).

For context I currently have a gas cooktop so that's all I can comment on; however, I expect the following (and for rest of my life) will be induction – hence copper core.

Cooking qualities are great. I was worried that the exterior layer of stainless may decrease the even-ness/responsiveness relative to the other 2mm and 2.5 mm bi-metal/stainless-lined copper I have but that has not been the case. Otherwise, It looks good, handle feels great in-hand and stays cool, etc etc etc.

Only thing I'd love is a sealed rim to make it dishwasher safe but, obviously, you'd lose out on the beautiful copper around the top.
