  • 5 egg equivalent of egg subsititue (preferbly follow your heart brand)
  • Pinch of Nut Meg
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 T Sugar
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 4 T minced herbs of choice (chervil, chives, parsley and tarragon)
