The Classic Line vessels are made from 2.5 mm bimetal: 2.3 mm copper fused with a 0.2 mm stainless steel lining.
The Classic Line utilizes our original cast iron handle. It has a traditional hand-crafted look and ergonomic shape. The Classic Line has the most pan size options available.
All Falk Culinair collections are handcrafted in our Belgium workshop.
The low sides of this pan create ideal roasting conditions. The copper construction allows for proper stove top browning and de-glazing. Carmelization, or browning, is the result of proteins in meat breaking down at high temperatures, adding depth of flavor. This process is effortlessly achieved in our splendid roasting pan without scorching. Deglazing the pan for sauce and gravy is also accomplished with ease due to the brushed surface of the stainless steel interior and even heat across the entire pan. Covers sold separately.
Our stock pots are ideal for long, slow cooking. It’s large capacity makes it superb for bouillabaisse, stocks, soups and consumes. The high, straight sides help retain moisture and keep foods submerged. The flared rim provides drip-free pouring. Covers sold separately.
